Refund policy

RETURNS
All exchange and return items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Items marked "Final Sale", "Final Markdown", “Seasonal” or "Clearance" are non-returnable. Please ensure all other items are returned new, unused in their original packaging. 

Shipping costs are not refundable on returns. You will get your return refunded in the original form of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. We will have to charge a $7.00 return processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.  To start a return, the fastest way is to initiate your return online by setting up an account to generate and print a POSTAGE-PAID shipping label. For simple returns, it’s the fastest way to receive your refund.  Alternatively, you can contact us at returns@intlmkt.com.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received at our Returns Department. Please note that refunds issued back to your credit card can take up to 5 business days to be acknowledged by your bank.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the online order ship date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
