SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the Continental United States. All products ship from the USA, within the USA.  All delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Please note: Customer orders are dispatched from the warehouse Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm EST.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

$7 for orders under $35.  Free with $35 minimum purchase.

Standard $15 for orders under $200. Free with $200 minimum purchase. 4 business days
Express

$25 for orders under $500.
Free with $500 minimum purchase.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
  • Standard and Express Shipping are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, & U.S. Territories. Please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.
  • Standard and Express Shipping are not available to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes. Orders to these destinations will be shipped via USPS Ground.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we can’t change or cancel an order after it is placed. You can, however, return the item to us as long as it meets our return policy. Thanks for your understanding.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchange and return items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Items marked "Final Sale", "Final Markdown", “Seasonal” or "Clearance" are non-returnable. Please ensure all other items are returned new, unused in their original packaging.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable on returns. You will get your return refunded in the original form of purchase. We will have to charge you a $7.00 return processing fee for mailed returns that will be deducted from your refund.  To start a return, the fastest way is to initiate your return online by setting up an account to generate and print a POSTAGE-PAID shipping label. For simple returns, it’s the fastest way to receive your refund. Alternatively, you can contact us at returns@intlmkt.com.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received at our Returns Department. Please note that refunds issued back to your credit card usually take up to 5 business days to be acknowledged by your bank.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or online order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
